Have you ever considered learning German? Why not give it a go and join one of our monthly Community German Classes for Beginners. Immerse yourself in German language and culture while enjoying a sip of German drinks during class.

These sessions, led by a certified German teacher from DerDieDas, cater specifically to beginners focusing on foundational language skills. Please note that these classes are not suitable for intermediate or advanced learners.

What will you learn? Each class delves into different beginner-friendly topics such as numbers, ordering food/drink, self-introduction, German festivals, pronunciation, colours, adjectives, the weather, and more.

The $5 fee contributes to necessary class resources and administration.

Key facts about the course:

• Previous Knowledge: None or very basic (self-taught with Duolingo, for example) (Achtung – not suitable for intermediate or advanced students)
• Material needed: None, but feel free to bring a pen and paper for notes.
• Class dates: Every 1st Thursday of the month
• Start: 5.45pm arrival for 6 pm start
• End: 7pm
• Fee: $5 (prepaid)
